Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing existing accounts while targeting and acquiring new key accounts, fostering relationships with new customers, and uncovering fresh opportunities for our innovative solutions. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of services tailored to meet our customers' needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Initiate lead generation initiatives to create fresh opportunities for Crossvale's solutions, leveraging current sources and customer relationships.
  •  Collaborate with Crossvale Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.
  •  Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects within our CRM system, ensuring organized data for effective outreach and follow-up activities.
  •  Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to keep prospects engaged. Provide valuable content and information to educate leads.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and challenges, determining alignment with our solutions.
  • Drive efforts to acquire new accounts and expand our customer base.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute customer strategies, focusing on lead generation and relationship building.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and secure purchase commitments from prospects.
  • Coordinate customer project closure meetings, ensuring smooth transitions and satisfaction.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives, preferably in services companies, driving strategic lead generation efforts, and expanding Customer bases within a sales management capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Customers and key business executives.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms related to Modernization and Containerization, including but not limited to Red Hat, DevOps, AI, microservices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, software-defined storage, container platform and orchestration, and virtualization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret sales data.
  • Understanding of business operations and revenue generation is a fundamental requirement for this role.
